Terms and Conditions – Education Through Creation EPV Summer Courses

Course Duration and Completion:

    •    The course must be completed within the dates selected at checkout.

  • Participation is monitored through engagement with course materials, activities and submissions.

•    Due to limited availability, it will not be possible to extend access beyond the chosen dates.

    •    Participants can complete the course at their own pace, but all coursework and assessments must be fully completed within the specified timeframe.

Payment and Refund Policy:

    •    Payment of the course fee secures your place on the course.

    •    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    •    Please ensure you are available to complete the course within your selected dates before purchasing.

Participation Requirements:

  • Participants must complete all modules, tasks, reflections and assignments in full

  • Engagement with course content and activities is required for successful completion

  • Certification will only be issued where full participation is demonstrated

EPV Days:

    •    Successful completion of one course will make you eligible to apply for 3 EPV days, subject to Department of Education and school approval.

    •    Please note that under Department of Education guidelines, teachers may not complete two EPV courses concurrently. You must complete one course fully before beginning another.

  • Participants must confirm that all submitted work is their own in order to receive certification.

Access to Course Materials:

    •    Course materials must be downloaded during the course access period.

    •    Participants will not be able to access online course content after the course end date.

    •    It is the responsibility of the participant to save any materials they wish to retain.

Privacy, Security, and Course Content Protection:

  • Relevant participant information may be shared with the Department of Education and Youth for the purpose of verifying course completion and EPV eligibility.

  • Participant data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil course delivery and reporting requirements.

    •    All participant information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and will be kept private and secure.

    •    The course content and materials are for individual use only and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or copied in any form without prior written permission.

    •    Any unauthorised use or distribution of course materials will be considered a breach of copyright and terms of use.
